Besides the structure course
syllabi, a host of co curricular and extra-
curricular activities, such as Seminars, Workshops,
Guest Lectures, Project / Field assignments, Industrial
Visits, inter-college competition, Debates and
presentations, Interaction with Rural masses and
awareness to social responsibility and Blood donation
Camps etc. are organized by the institute round
the year to give supplementary knowledge and experience
to students. These activities also help in talent
search and development of all around personality
of students.

Reorientation / Induction
Program - Post admission to PGDM but before
starting of the academic sessions, induction
program is conducted involving introduction
and interaction between senior and junior
students, faculty and students, awareness
of the institutes to include programs /
activities conducted at the campus, infrastructures
and facilities available, knowledge of Pune
city, including location of various educational
institutes, hospitals, rail and road heads,
airport, food and eateries corners, places
of historical interests and other places
of importance. The program aims to provide
knowledge of the institute and the city
in general, so as to make them feel comfortable
and confident.

Career Counseling (CC)
This program aims to provide best
career options available to students, based
on a SWOT analysis of the students
profile and discovery of his / her innate
qualities and latent talents.

Base Capsule Course (BCC)
It has different modules for enhancement
of professional/ Current knowledge, development
of Communication skills, including English
and Foreign Languages, Physical and mental
health, soft skills and Leadership

Placement Cell:
The ASBM has a well equipped placement cell for
carrying out placement activities round the year.
Under the guidance of a placement Director, the
Placement Committee works through networking with
Corporate, Public Sector and Private Enterprises.
It lays emphasis on development of all around
personality of students, as per the needs and
expectations of the employers and ensures 100%
placements of all deserving students.
Admission Procedure:
Eligibility Criteria for Admission:
For PGDM Two Years Full Time Courses, Graduates
in any stream with minimum 50% marks from any
recognized University/ College.
However, in case of PGDM two years part time course,
besides 50% minimum marks from any recognized
University / College, a minimum three years of
work experience is a mandatory requirement
Admission Procedure:
Admissions to all of the above courses have already
started, based on the scores obtained in MAT and
CAT and scores obtained in Group Discussions and
Personal Interviews (GDPI), which is to be conducted
by the institute.

Fees Structure:
PGDM Two Years Full Time : Tuition Fees for complete
course with Laptop : Rs 375000/-
Hostel fees including Lodging & boarding :
Rs.55000/- (per year)
PGDM Two Years Full Time (Marketing) - Same as
above
PGDM Part Time - Rs. 35000/- Per Annum
Cancellation of Admission and Refund of Fees:
Within 15 days after admission will mean a 50%
refund and cancellation beyond 15 days will mean
no refunds.
